 Activation!

The next few days have elapsed on the arduous and unsuccessful interrogation of detainees. One morning, the commandant called a duo of police officers:

"I got bad news. We didn't stop a boss of this gang."

"How do you know? Supposedly they didn't say anything?"
Joe asked, surprised.

"There will be no one to interrogate soon. Get a look!"
- and pointed to the screen of his computer. It was displayed the site of the popular auction site.

"I still don't understand very well ..." Judy replied.

"I'm not surprised. This isn't too obvious. Today, the wave of layoffs of our thieves began. On this portal, someone is being considered a great benefactor, who on behalf of famous personalities sells their stuff, especially jewelery. Many of them probably already know or soon find out that what they hold in the safe is worth a little more than the average chandelier. There are items of all the animals that have reported these strange burglaries before, and many, many more. The official goal of these auction are charitable purposes, from social care homes to the orphanages. However, I checked it, no one got a penny from him. Just a moment ago I received confirmation from our IT staffers, that this guest who sells out the prizes of our stars, ..."

" ... releases our bandits from custody. Probably another wave of burglaries will start soon! " Joe finished energized.

"Exactly. Apart from the necklace that you brought from the house of the pandas and poorly legible pictures, we haven't enough material evidence. For this reason, we are forced to release most of them by bail, due to the payment and the alleged low harmfulness of the act ..."

"Well, why can't you cancel these auctions? Or put some ad, indicating the origin of these items as stolen?"
Judy asked the commissioner.

"It's not so simple. Maybe it would be possible in your country but not here. Let me explain:

First of all, these auctions have already received great recognition from the city residents. The media has publicized it as something that has long been lacking in the city. Any interference in this would cause great indignation and loss of confidence in the police.

Secondly, animals here hate bragging of wealth. Anyone who dared ever it, was finished in the eyes of the rest. There is a low standard of living in the city - most of the population is poor and only due to the fact, that they are destined for a charity auction, there is no riot.

Thirdly, actors and celebrities don't want to expose their good name. I said that the animals were already pissed and jealous of what jewels had the richest animals in the city, but it isn't all. If it came to light that even they, with good anti-burglary systems and safes were robbed, not only would everyone laugh at them, but also it would have been a big panic due to thefts."

"Didn't you try to track him down?"
- Judy still pushed.

"Yes, unfortunately it would be too easy. This slut is still moving and can't be traced when he throws new phantoms into the auction. We know only that auctions and bails are sended from were sent from one computer. We're in a dot..." - Berg said with resignation in voice.

The group began to ponder until Judy came up with the idea:

"I guess, I know what else we can do. We'll need a lot of batteries, transmitters and GPS..."
